DIET - 1ST WEEK

kat bwh ape aku mkn tiap2 hari....

26 mar
730am - kuih mini keria / low fat milk (1 lit for during office hour)
1230pm - wholemeal 3 pcs + margarine
830pm - ikan sagai grg / sayo campor

27 mar
730am - pau sambal 2 pcs
2pm - mee bandung 1 bowl
830pm - kepala ikan sagai asam pedas / sayo pak choi grg

28 mar
8am - mee grg 1 cup / white bread 1 pc + omelet
2pm - daging rendang 5 pcs + white bread 2 pcs
8pm - karipap 2pcs / kuih bakar 1 pc

29 mar
930am - horlick 1 big glass
1pm - wholemeal 3 pcs + margarine / Mulberry Leaves Tea
230pm - oat krunch 3 pcs
8pm - sup ayam+kentang+sawi+tomato (recipe hantam janji tk tumis ngan minyak)

30 mar
830am - horlick 1 big glass
930am - oat krunch 3 pcs
12pm - wholemeal 3 pcs + margarine / Mulberry Leaves Tea
4pm - horlick 1 big glass
8pm - capati 2 pcs + inti kentang/daging + ikan goreng 1pc

31 mar
730am - jemput2 udang
9am - horlick 1 big glass
11am - oat krunch
230pm - mee hoon sup tulang
7mlm - kuih koci 4 pcs

1 apr
9am - horlick 1 big glass cam biase
12pm - wholemeal bread + marjerin + susu
630 pm - pau sambal 3 pcs
8pm - mee grg 4 suap ... hahah...
